2. Products & Availability

All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations, which add to their uniqueness. Prices, collections, and availability may change at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be fully paid through Mobile Money services available on Ghana’s major networks (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo).

No order will be processed without confirmed payment.

We do not accept bank purchases, debit cards, credit cards, or cash-on-delivery under any circumstances.

Payments are final and non-refundable except as outlined in our Return Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We will provide estimated delivery dates; however, we are not responsible for delays once items are handed to couriers. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

At 5IVE Essence, we uphold strict quality control standards. Because our products are premium and limited, we only accept returns or refunds under the following condition:

• The item has a manufacturing defect or damage that is directly our responsibility.
  
  Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., clear photos). Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund/store credit at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

1. Change of mind or personal preference.

2. Incorrect sizing after purchase.

3. Damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or third-party handling (e.g., couriers).

All decisions on refunds or replacements remain at the sole discretion of 5IVE Essence.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All logos, product designs, and content are the exclusive property of 5IVE Essence. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or sale of our brand name, designs, or images will result in legal action.

7. Resellers & Franchisees

Only verified partners with written agreements may represent or resell 5IVE Essence products.
Any unauthorized sales, impersonation, or misuse of referral codes will lead to termination of access and possible legal enforcement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
